This position is responsible for creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for master data management (MDM) processes to support Sales, Operations, and Finance. The successful candidate should possess a balance of drive and perseverance, and understand the challenges and potential setbacks that change can introduce into a large organization.

 

 

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Working with the business to create and grow the Master Data Management (MDM) environment for the Reyes Beverage Group. Creating and developing MDM strategy and processes, building and developing an MDM team, and working with cross-functional stakeholders across the division to ensure compliance with enterprise data standards and governance.

• Oversee functions related to the collection, aggregation, consolidation, maintenance, and distribution of data throughout the organization and ensure integrity of the master database.

• Implement and maintain large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to all business teams to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms.

• Provide oversight of the data management system while ensuring the proper procedures are in place for maintaining data integrity.

• Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, and predict scenarios to ensure Reyes Beverage Group data is as accurate as possible.

• Perform complex data analysis and investigation for business requests to explain results and to make appropriate recommendations.
• Any other duties as assigned.
