The HPH Medical Group is comprised of approximately 600 employed physicians and allied health professionals. Together with our four hospitals (Kapi‘olani, Pali Momi, Straub, and Wilcox) and more than 70 convenient clinic locations statewide, our nonprofit health system is one of the state’s largest healthcare providers.
Our network of doctors and specialists work together to provide a distinctive and effective model of coordinated care for maintaining the health and wellness of our patients.
Upholding our ambitious mission requires that all of our offices, hospitals, and clinics are effective and operational. This takes an Administration team dedicated to keeping everyday operations running smoothly so that we deliver the highest quality health care to our patients and their families.
Whether you are an executive or an assistant, overseeing clinical operations or customer care, you help to provide essential services for our facilities and fiscal and organizational responsibility for the organization as a whole.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide valuable support at the day-to-day level so that administrative and managerial departments can function smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone confident working with minimal supervision in a diverse professional environment that includes heavy interaction with customers and executive leadership.
If you are motivated and enthusiastic, able to set work priorities independently, pay strong attention to detail, and are committed to creating a healthier Hawai‘i, this may be just the position for you.
