Manage Graduate Medical Education (GME) educational offerings and special projects that support the Central GME Office and its strategy. Responsible for the management of the application process for Residency and Fellowship program accreditation.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Manage GME Special Projects (i.e. GME Social Media Policy – partner with Marketing to develop Social Media Strategy and implementation).Management of applications for new Residency and Fellowship programs accreditation, ensuring compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements.Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. May oversee scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and administrator engagement.

Manage educational offerings for the Central GME Office, including strategizing the topic and content, assigning appropriate readings, and partnering with parties outside of the organization as appropriate.

Manage and develop GME processes and workflows, including managing trainees’ onboarding and offboarding. This includes management and oversight of the Residency Management System, MedHub, to ensure all trainee records comply with the ACGME institutional requirements.
