We are looking for a Part-time Olympiad Curriculum Developer to help us shape innovative and engaging mathematical learning opportunities for motivated students. By joining the emerging Think Academy team within TAL Education Group, you will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, a team-oriented, and customer-first mindset.

You must be able to work with diverse teams to design, build and roll out our educational product.

 

What You Will Do:

 

• Conduct thorough research on the U.S. local math education system
• Carry out systematic curriculum design and development based on students’ needs
• Deliver teaching and class materials and iterate curriculum design according to user feedback
• Responsible for revising, proofreading, and producing problems for the high school competition system Olympiad handouts

 

How You Can Be Qualified:

 

• Math lover. Achievements in Mathematics and related competition is a big plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Mathematics and related majors.
• Passionate about education industry
• Excellent English reading and written skills.
• A quick learner who can quickly adapt to a new environment and have a growth mindset.
