The System Administrator will be the internal Salesforce and Hubspot lead, providing high-value administration and analysis that inform ANet’s decision-making. They will be responsible for the security, performance, and integrity of ANet’s Salesforce and Hubspot instances. They will also be responsible for ongoing needs gathering, documentation, and administration of these systems and their databases across the organization. The Systems Administrator will report to the Managing Director of Internal Technology.

 

 

WHAT YOU DO

Systems Manager and Advocate (20%)

Leverage Salesforce and Hubspot best practices to structure, monitor, and enforce processes that facilitate high-quality data, including workflow design and customizations
Prioritize, communicate, and roll out Salesforce and Hubspot platform releases and enhancements
Create, consolidate, and standardize training materials & content for new and current user groups, including ongoing user education

Systems Integration and Administration (40%)

Manage ANet Salesforce and Hubspot platforms, ensuring users have access to the right level of information and applications to meet ANet’s needs
Manage and prioritize ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
Highlight opportunities for optimization and areas that challenge data integrity (timeliness, accuracy, and availability).

 

 

Write and maintain database documentation

Work with technology leadership to develop, manage, and test backup and recovery plans for all administered systems, including storage, archiving, capacity management, and scalability
Act as backup admin for other core internal systems like Google Workspace

 

 

Data Integrity and Analytics (40%)

Create Salesforce and Hubspot reports and dashboards to analyze progress toward organizational goals
Develop and implement ANet data clean-up, audit, and update procedures and timelines
Bring together and lead a group of data stewards for administered systems to establish clear accountability and responsibility for data integrity
Communicate regularly with org-wide and cross-functional teams to oversee and maintain ANet’s data integrity and security across all administered systems
Maintain data standards, including adherence to all applicable data security and privacy laws
Respond to internal requests for data for organizational decision-making
Design and implement ad-hoc solutions as needed to fill process/reporting gaps;
Understand the key outcomes and metrics we use across our organization and support ANet’s data governance to ensure quality, consistency, and documentation of our data related to these metrics across our core internal systems

To be successful in this role, the candidate must demonstrate the following:

You have prior experience as a Salesforce and Hubspot administrator and are comfortable with learning new technology platforms at an accelerated pace and providing support to others
You have demonstrated the ability to work with technical staff and leadership team members
You have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, take initiative, and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with internal and external partners effectively.
You bring exceptional attention to detail
You are adept at identifying areas of process and system improvement
You are flexible, and when things don’t go as planned, you proactively problem-solve to seek out new solutions and opportunities

Ideal candidates may also demonstrate the following preferred qualifications:

 

Salesforce Administrator certification
Hubspot Administrator certification
Project management certification
SQL knowledge and database management experience
Experience with APIs and building extract, transfer, load (ETL) pipelines

The salary range for this position is between $78,800 – $118,200. New hires will start between the range minimum and midpoint ($78,800 – $98,500) based on qualifications assessed during the hiring process, experience, and internal equity. To uphold our commitment to transparent, equitable, competitive, and sustainable compensation, ANet does not negotiate pay.
