ABM Industries is seeking a dedicated and passionate Call Center Officer to join our team in New York City. This is a part-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
2. Provide customer support and resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
3. Accurately document all interactions and update customer information in the database.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
5. Meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs set by the company.
6. Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.

 

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
2. Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer personalities.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Previous experience working remotely is a plus.
7. Passion for customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers.
