rvision of the Digital Solutions Director, assists internal partners with requests associated with Remote Deposit (RDC) and ATM deposit processing; Online Banking; Debit Card errors and processing. Prepares and balances related reports and accounts. Maintains related files and control records.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Process Remote Deposit Capture & ATM Deposit reviews.
  • Process Card Ticket requests including but not limited to approved rush card requests, travel request notifications, Apple/Google wallet requests.
  • Review and manage daily card processor reports associated with exceptions.
  • Assist with Online Banking troubleshooting escalations and regular maintenance processing.
  • Provide backup assistance to the Fraud team, as needed.
  • Provide backup assistance to the Imaging team, as needed.
  • Assist with additional departmental projects, as assigned.
  • Maintains related files and control records. Prepares and balances related reports and accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exhibits a positive attitude toward Credit Union initiatives and mission statement, supporting member acquisition and retention.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Ability to use office technology such as a computer, internet, email, and other office related software.
  • Ability to work in an office environment for at least 8 hours per day.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Performance Measurements
  • Assure all ticket requests are processed within 3 hours of receipt.
  • Maintain control records and files.
  • Maintain accurate information and direction regarding all communication for projects as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Experience One year to three years of similar or related experience.
  • Education A high school education or GED.

Interpersonal Skills Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
