Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Systems Associate located in Old Bridge, NJ. The Warehouse Systems Lead will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with shipping & receiving, packing, unloading, inventory control, and pallet jack operation. The Warehouse Systems Lead will also actively support manufacturing personnel within the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping & receiving, packing, unloading, inventory control, and pallet jack operation
• Familiarity coordinating large shipments (domestically and internationally) with 3rd Party Logistics is a plus
• Strong computer skills and proficiency using software like warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and Inventory Management Systems. This is non-negotiable.
• A team player who is willing to do tasks big and small to make sure warehouse thrives, from cleaning to helping senior team members
• Experience in implementing and improving warehouse processes to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency
• Prior experience operating a forklift or related machinery is highly encouraged
• Good communication, strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus but not required
