Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Litigation Attorney. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, handling all aspects of personal injury litigation, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. The Attorney will be based in our Roswell office, but some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Personal Injury Litigation
- Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to represent clients in court
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- License to practice law in the state of Georgia
