Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney with Civil Rights experience located in Tempe, AZ. While you will be involved in other civil litigation, your primary responsibly will be providing legal advice and representation to clients accused in civil rights disputes. This will include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents, as well as representing clients in trial and administrative proceedings.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Arizona
- 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney, with a focus on Civil Rights law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a heavy caseload and work efficiently under pressure
- Experience drafting contracts, legal pleadings, and other legal documents
- Familiarity with litigation software and technology tools
- Excellent research and analytical skills
