cents and/or adults in an outpatient setting. This dietitian must be highly organized and able to work both independently and as a collaborative member of the team. Must know motivational interviewing, enjoy working with clients, and have a passion for nutrition. Must be outgoing and have the confidence to network with others.

We are looking for an RDN with excellent counseling skills, and an outgoing and dynamic personality who can successfully partner with our clients and the community.

We are currently seeking a specialist with experience in the following areas:

– Weight Management

– GI Disorders

– Diabetes

– Heart Disease

90% of the position is to provide nutrition education, nutrition counseling, and coaching to clients via telehealth and in person at all three locations. 10% of the position is working events and conducting outreach to the community.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform nutritional assessments and ongoing medical nutrition therapy/counseling for clients with active eating disorders in individual sessions
  • Be familiar with various evidence-based treatment options, and be able to make appropriate referrals as needed
  • Stay on top of relevant research and best practices
  • Collaborate with an outpatient team of providers (doctors, therapists, etc.)
  • Perform various administrative duties (chart notes, client & provider communication, etc.) – basic computer skills are required
  • Attend networking events, call offices to establish referrals, and design marketing materials
  • Public speaking to groups about our services and mission
  • Work with the marketing team to develop social media posts and write blogs

Minimum qualifications:

– Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)

– Experience working with adults

– Strong knowledge of counseling techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive behavior therapy

Preferred:

– Flexibility with scheduling

– Basic computer skills

– Highly-organized

– Can work independently

Schedule:

1-2 Days working from home. The others in the office are primarily in Gilbert, overflow in Tempe and Scottsdale.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
