Position Overview
We’re looking for a High Performing Molecular Diagnostics Sales Manager with a strong record of closing deals focused on UTI, STI, Wound Care Services, and Flu/RSV/COVID-19 services to Skilled Nursing Facilities, Care Homes, Urgent Cares, General Practitioners, Internal Medicine, Urology, Urogynecology, and Ob/Gyn.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire 35 clients within the first 90 days by creating and executing strategies that will result in increased number of closed clients in the molecular diagnostics sector.
- Continuously establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in various types of clients across multiple states
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for potential clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics and product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product, marketing, and customer support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience in molecular diagnostics sales
- Prior clients / book of business that can be utilized for new sales
- Strong understanding of the molecular diagnostics landscape and associated technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
