Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services or a related field.

3. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

8. Resilient and hardworking with a positive attitude.

9. Strong presentation skills and ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

10. Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus.
