Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for driven, resilient individuals who possess excellent attention to detail and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: –

Assist with onboarding new customers and providing guidance on how to use our products – Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have – Monitor customer accounts, ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services – Identify upsell opportunities and work to increase customer retention – Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement customer success strategies – Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve the customer experience – Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements: –

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – Ability to work independently and take initiative – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred – Previous customer service experience is a plus
