What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

– Make outbound sales calls and generate outbound emails to guests interested in cruises
– Build relationships with guests to develop referrals and repeat business
– Manage a database and contact guests with the right message at the right time
– Utilize exceptional listening skills and ask qualified discovery questions to close sales
– Meet performance metrics and objectives for outbound calls and emails

What is Required (Qualifications):

– Strong sales skills and time management abilities
– Proficiency with new computer systems
– Prior experience with Excel and Outlook preferred
– Ability to place 40-60 outbound calls and generate 100+ outbound emails daily
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
