This sales role is designed for an independent professional capable of building out new markets and delivering exceptional results. This role is the ‘tip-of’the-spear’ in all things such as market development, product development, etc…

 

You are responsible for:

  • Lead FCC’s Ads business & grow the market with close coordination with stake holders and cross functional teams
  • Define strategy and priorities for the US market on a short, mid, and long term basis in alignment with central and global organizational strategies
  • Develop new and existing relationships with partners and SIs to forge strategic partnerships that drive business growth
  • Build, track and manage an active sales pipeline to achieve quarterly sales targets and build a broad base of repeat advertisers
  • Participate in delivering FCC events and represent FCC at industry trade shows and panels

 

You should have:

  • 15+ years of experience in Adtech ecosystem
  • Expertise in programmatic/Open exchange demand management
  • Self-starter with past experience of working in a multinational, fast paced dynamic environment with overseas collaboration
  • Proven track record in developing country level strategies and building revenue based annual plans and execution
  • Exceptional communicator with strong strategic thinking, attention to detail with outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think out of the box and plan in a structured manner to deliver specific quarterly goals
  • Deep network of relationships across the mobile advertising ecosystem preferably with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs)
  • Strong expertise in Programmatic advertising platforms especially exchange or SSP side business
  • Strong understanding of various marketing objectives and outcome-based advertising
  • Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value
  • Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner in a technological environment
  • The role will require international travel based on business needs
  • Experience of working with a global/multi national organization with geographically distributed cross functional teams
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
