What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

– Research and respond to guest and travel professional inquiries, complaints, and praises
– Interpret company policies to determine compensation for guest complaints
– Maintain relationships with internal and external customers
– Identify and resolve problem areas for all products
– Perform any additional duties as assigned by supervisor

What is Required (Qualifications):

– Minimum 1 year experience in a contact center preferred
– Strong listening and verbal communication skills
– Ability to remain calm under pressure
– Organizational and multitasking skills
– Ability to compose own correspondence
– Knowledge of Holland America Line product and computer applications preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

– Strong typing skills of 40+ wpm
– Familiarity with cruise line industry
– Customer service experience in a similar role
