Senior Program Manager – Remote

JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Senior Program Manager for our client! Benefits Available! Pay Rate – $40-50/hr Remote, must be able to work core hours of 10am-2pm PST Job Description As a Senior Program Manager, you are a highly motivated connector and problem solver for our agile product development teams.

By supporting the various aspects of the product teams, you will enable teams to focus their time on designing, building and shipping products. You will improve team communication, and collaboration and remove roadblocks. Finally, you’ll utilize a full range of organizational and interpersonal skills to help keep our teams on track, execute specific design initiatives intended to grow team culture, industry expertise, and team impact, and you’ll have an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams as you establish great ways of working together. Requires expertise working with product managers and engineers, in an agile development environment.

Prior experience as a portfolio program manager, agile program manager, agile project manager, product owner or scrum master is a plus.

Senior PM – supports multiple product development teams (15 product managers)

-planning, and building roadmaps and coordinating across multiple teams.

-experience working with product managers & engineering teams -agile project development -scrum master is nice to have

– Must have familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office/Excel

– Must have a minimum of 5 years either Program or Project Management experience and with a technology company (or similar).

– Must have worked within a medium to large company (at least 1000 employees)

– no start up or small organizations.

Soft skills: Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with multiple teams, adaptable, someone who stays on top of things and proactive with follow-up, and the ability to flex their approach.
