Application Engineer

Swoosh Technologies is looking for a dynamic remote based Application Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys presenting, helping others, working with the latest technologies and brings a great working knowledge in NX CAM. The Application Engineer will work with our customers and prospects to gather requirements, architect and implement Siemens software solutions, provide technical sales support for software demonstrations, and address software issues and questions for users.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and recommend solutions to solve product design and manufacturing processes by utilizing Siemens software solutions like NX CAM and Teamcenter.
• Support the sales and marketing team with technical questions related to product functionality, and application use cases
• Conduct end user instructor-led training to customers based on Siemens CAM and PLM software
• Contribute to the development of training material to meet customer requirements
• Provide professional services after the sale – including installation support, customer training, and mentoring

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years industry experience with PLM software applications
• Associates Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong working knowledge in NX CAM and/or Teamcenter a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills required
• Self-motivated requiring little direction
• Some travel necessary
