We are seeking an enthusiastic, optimistic and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the growth and success of the families we help.

Position Overview:

You will play a crucial role in managing and supporting various aspects of our business operations. This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) with the potential for growth.

This role will directly support the founder of the business and take over his administrative tasks.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce weekly vlog/podcast (video editing, WordPress, copywriting, email)
  • Writing a weekly newsletter for our community of families.
  • Writing and scheduling emails for live online events.
  • Helping to schedule live online events and speakers for the events.
  • Create engaging Facebook content
  • Manage Facebook groups and communities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email and chat
  • Assist with Facebook ads
  • Managing the founder’s email and social media accounts
  • Helping to complete projects, such as new online courses
  • Helping with live online events as a host and/ or chat moderator

 

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in video editing software
  • Experience with WordPress and content management systems
  • Knowledge of ActiveCampaign or similar email management platforms
  • Strong copywriting skills to create compelling content (with AI assistance)
  • Excellent customer support skills for timely and helpful responses
  • Ability to create and manage Facebook posts and engage with the community

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with our team and engage with our community
