We are seeking an enthusiastic, optimistic and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the growth and success of the families we help.

Position Overview:
You will play a crucial role in managing and supporting various aspects of our business operations. This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) with the potential for growth.
This role will directly support the founder of the business and take over his administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce weekly vlog/podcast (video editing, WordPress, copywriting, email)
- Writing a weekly newsletter for our community of families.
- Writing and scheduling emails for live online events.
- Helping to schedule live online events and speakers for the events.
- Create engaging Facebook content
- Manage Facebook groups and communities
- Provide exceptional customer support via email and chat
- Assist with Facebook ads
- Managing the founder’s email and social media accounts
- Helping to complete projects, such as new online courses
- Helping with live online events as a host and/ or chat moderator
Required Skills:
- Proficient in video editing software
- Experience with WordPress and content management systems
- Knowledge of ActiveCampaign or similar email management platforms
- Strong copywriting skills to create compelling content (with AI assistance)
- Excellent customer support skills for timely and helpful responses
- Ability to create and manage Facebook posts and engage with the community

- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with our team and engage with our community
