• Attorney to review already prepared filings and build arguments or contribute additional case laws (Any US State bar)
• Attorney to review previous cases to prepare potential arguments for grievance filings with the State of Texas Office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel (Texas Bar preferred but not required)
• Attorney to prepare filings for potential lawsuits against specific regulatory agencies for clients who may have ultra vires claims (Any US State bar + Eastern District of Texas Federal acceptance)
• Attorney to research and prepare collection efforts (including demand letters) for unpaid fees to businesses, and prepare possible suit (TEXAS BAR Required)
• Tax Attorney to help businesses in the transfer and purchase of solar tax credits (TEXAS BAR Required)
